LETS PLAY SOME BUNKO
Shouts of “BUNKO” were heard coming from The Ballwin Golf
Club on Saturday as men and women were all sharing the evening with each
other and a popular dice game called BUNKO. One hundred ten people supported
the first ever Bunko to Beat Cancer Benefit, raising over $12000.00 for
the foundation.
For those of you who are not familiar with the game, Bunko is a game of
dice played in rounds. Players take turns rolling the dice and trying
to accumulate as many points as possible to win each round. The game is
played at tables of four in competing teams of two.
The evenings attendees consisted of cancer survivors, friends and family.
It was a chance to support each other while supporting the programs and
projects organized by the foundation.
